We as a group have decided that we will attempt our test shoot on Wednesday the 13th of October, although we are worried that due to busy schedules that we will struggle to gather all the cast members together in one place for long enough to shoot the whole thing. Therefore, we will try and use Tuesday the 12th (the day before) to try and get some of the individual shots of band members in case of this. Furthermore, this will leave us Thursday the 14th to get any shots that we missed and account for any issues that we have when shooting.
We informed all the cast of these timings as soon as we had them agreed upon and confirmed, and we did in some cases have to ask that they miss some reengagements as we needed to get the test shoot done. We contacted them in person and on
