Roles on set

In order to be efficient and get the most out of not only the group but also the limited time that we have available on set for us to shoot the music video. In order to be efficient, we have dedicated ourselves roles not only on set but also roles to do with the campaign that comes after the shooting of the music video is completed. Below I will outline the roles on set and what those roles entail as well as which group member will be taking on that role.

Director-Fredrik

At the lead/head of every music video there is a director, the role of a director is two oversee all the create aspects of all the aspects of production they are also the creative guide for the vision on the project and effectively call the shots on what needs to be done as well as directing the actors as directors work very closely with the cast to make sure the creative vision is a shared consensus.

Camera operator-Neave

The camera operator makes sure that the camera rigs are set up and ready to use. They are also in charge of capturing the shots. They work with the director in correctly setting up the shot composition in order to achieve the desired shot. The camera operator needs to know all of the technical aspects of the camera equipment including assumedly breakdown and various components.

Art director-Anna

The art director is in charge of the overall artistic feel and look of the shoot. They will look at the creative elements of the set such as the lights and set design as well as aspects of the clothing the cast is wearing and will make sure that it aliens with the artistic vision of the video. They give the final go-ahead to the director that all aspects of the set are in line with the concept.

Producer/playback and behind the scenes-Florance

Producers work actively on set as they oversee the logics of the shoots on set from start to finish to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are responsible for organising the project and oversee all elements of production.

Playback is using the clapperboard with the time code in front of the camera before each take. This is important for post-production as it allows us to tag the shots, so we know which is which.

The behind the scenes will take photos and videos throughout the setup of the set and the shooting on set, this will document our experience of our shoot day.
